This package contains:
a) Garbha Mandala – A colouring book that induces meditational effects into the mind of the pregnant mother, thereby enhancing the development of child in the womb. The verses used in this book are taken from the Sacred Garbha Upanishad and each mandala is prepared with patterns to match the essence of the knowledge conveyed in these verses. The book also provides for the mother to pen down a letter to the child in the womb before each mandala.
b) Garbha Mudra - This power packet of a book contains channelized prayers for the child that can be used on a daily basis. It specifically helps through the usage of Mudras, hand gestures that can provide effects of yoga asana and enhance well being.
